In regards to Covid-19: 1. The employer does not have a Covid-19 Preparedness Plan. 2. Per MN Executive Order 20-81, the employer is not requiring or enforcing face coverings to be worn. 3. The employer is not requiring or enforcing social distancing measures to be in place (i.e. in classrooms, holiday programs, etc.). 4. The employer is not conducting increased frequent cleaning on high touch surfaces throughout the day. 5. The employer is not following quarantine/isolation guidelines for those that have either tested positive for Covid-19 or for those that have been in direct contact with someone that has been diagnosed with Covid-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-14
