The following steps are not adequately taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and protect employees working in the area: 1. Employees are not trained on the stored COVID-19 Plan. 2. The Covid-19 Plan is not posted so employees can see it. 3. Proper use of Face coverings is not enforced for employees. 4. Employees are not conducting health screenings and requiring employees to stay home or go home if they have symptoms of COVID-19. 5. Social distancing is not being enforced. 6.
