1. Starting 11/25/20, I reported to the Cottage 15 RN Manager, the Psychology Director, the Nursing Executive and the Hospital Director that I am being subject to my coworker's ongoing droplet exposure since he is unmasked while in close proximity to me and for long durations. I attempted to remedy the situation myself by working in a different office. My supervisor learned of it, told me I cannot be working out of the other office and suggested that I change desks which would solve nothing. Yet the employee' behavior of ongoing defiance of the mask mandate persists.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-11
