1. Staff informed to not contact patients who have been in contact with positive staff. 2. Not enforcing staff to quarantine after exposure. 3. Staff allowed to travel to the other offices (Grosse Pointe, Macomb, Rochester and Washington Twp.) thus exposing them to COVID. 4.
