1. School-Based Therapists were told to take what you need from school office and go home from their school bldg. sites when local schools closed on 11/19. We were given the okay to work from home, given access to do so, and began working from home using telehealth without any connectivity issues, telehealth services were provided. Alcona Health Center spoke with the school district and got therapists access back into school buildings, even though the governor's order is to work from home unless impossible to do so, most other employees at Alcona Health Center are working from home. Alcona Health Center is siting MIOSHA rules and regulations as the reason school-based therapists are unable to work from home. Siting "we have to be able to document all reasons that a person cannot perform work from a site as a health care entity".Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-07
