1. One employee that had tested positive 3 weeks ago; the office never shut down and was not deep cleaned. Now, this past week 2 of the 3 doctors tested positive, and they were seeing patients while having symptoms. Those doctors were also seeing patients in the hospital. The office didn't deep clean again. They are putting employees and patients at risk. The only steps that are being taken is that employees have to be tested.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
