1. Cleaning supplies are scarce, often operators have no paper towels and appropriate cleaning supplies to disinfect. 2. Management informed supervisors if they fail the pre-shift COVID-19 screening, to still come into work. 3. In less than five days there has been three confirmed cases. Management claims appropriate contact tracing is done but the employees on the floor disagree as a whole. 4.
