1. Three employees have tested positive for covid-19 (one in the Information Systems Department). The third employee to test positive is a family member of a previous positive case. The third employee was instructed not to quarantine and has been at work every day since. Several other employees have had contact with both positive individuals. The employer does not require exposed employees to get tested and quarantine. 2. Employees work in cubicles and share office equipment such as fax, copier, and printer with over 20 people. Social distancing is difficult in these tight spaces. 3. Daily temperature checks have not been conducted all through this pandemic. 4. There is no designated entrance for employees. Three different entrances are used. 5. Deep cleaning of the building was not conducted after learning of the positive results. 6. Remote work is offered but not encouraged.
