1. An employee tested positive on Wednesday (11/11/20) employees were notified of the positive result but were not tested for Covid-19. 2. Employees were told were told that no-one needs to quarantine and that "there are no concerns because both us and him were wearing masks." 3. Other employees sat next to this coworker for 3+ hours a day for care plan meetings. The employee also may have exposed patients who often have co-morbidities that makes Covid-19 especially dangerous, with no testing. 4.
