1. The employer has not been following proper protocols for sanitation during covid-19: No hand sanitizer for employees and clients. Hand sanitizer has been purchased by employees. There is no cleaning crew for the building. The clients rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens are not being cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Occasionally run out of Lysol wipes and disinfecting spray. 2. A closet in the playroom smells like black mold. 3. The building has structural damage and has flooding and sewage issues. 4.
