1. The employer has not been requiring face coverings, social distancing, or increased cleaning for a few months. 2. The employer has not been questioning employees regarding their symptoms nor have they been asking if the employees have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19. 3. Yesterday an employee tested positive for COVID19 and the employer has not changed anything or even asked if anyone else is feeling symptoms. The person who tested positive is the parts inspector and has been in close contact with each workstation since there is no attempt at 6' distancing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
