1. An employee, who gives his brother a ride to work everyday, has tested positive for covid. They did not have his brother tested. The employer did not follow up with the employee to see if the results were positive. The brother that is still working is touching all of the parts. Employees informed the employer that they refuse to work under these conditions and the employees were threatened with suspension if they did not. 2.
