An employee within the Electrode Mixing department tested positive for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Task Force communicated to Human Resources that they wanted said employee, and all others in contact, to deny being exposed to the coronavirus, and to continue answering the daily health questionnaire in a way that allows them to continue work. Several employees since then have stayed home sick, potentially from coronavirus. Nobody was notified that they may have been exposed, and management has not acknowledged the issue. The previously mentioned positive employee can be seen on security footage making close physical contact (hugging, shaking hands, sitting in a meeting) with others previous to testing positive. Approx. 35 employees have been exposed.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
