1. Staff work stations are less than 6 feet apart. 2. Staff are not required to wear masks at work stations. 3. Bathrooms are not being cleaned daily. 4. As social distancing is not possible in the bathrooms, everyone entering the bathroom is required to place a sticky note on the door so that other people know there is someone in there. 5. The firm has placed shared note pads and piles of used sticky notes to reuse on the water fountain in front of the doors to the bathrooms for everyone to touch, use and reuse with unwashed hands before entering.
