1. Facility not complying with the COVID-19 standards. 2. Employees working in close quarters, nothing being used to protect employees from each other on Press 11, Press 3, parts of Press 14, Press 5, when running two man jobs. 3. Some employees working without mask on and coming into close contact with other employees. 4. Oil spills on press 11, 14 and 3. Employees have to mop floors instead of fixing the problem. 5.
