1. Employees have to wear masks even when they're working more than 6ft from someone. 2. Its over 100 degrees in the plant. Employees are concerned for their health if they have to wear masks all day. notes: According to the current EO employers have to provide masks and they are required when working less than 6' from someone, however, due to ability to enforce it, the employer may decide to mask everyone all the time. This would be a conversation to have during the call (why is everyone masked? is it due to the inability to ensure everyone stays 6' away, etc).
