1. Proper safety precautions are not being followed during the covid 19 pandemic: a. Employees aren't working 6 feet apart including those working in the offices. b. Proper PPE is not being issued to the employees. c. The building isn't being cleaned properly d. There have been 40 to 50 cases of covid 19 outbreaks. The plant has failed to warn employees of this. e. People are entering the building sick f. People are walking around not wearing face masks g. The work place is very unsanitary
