1. Send regular d-letter for issues around cleaning and PPE for urine and blood exposure. May need to go down the BID route for basic things like ECP, training, and Hep B vaccinations to see if they have them/do them. 2. COVID Response Required letter for working around sick patients (not confirmed COVID) who come in for the blood draws and providing samples. No masks, no way to clean after the patient leaves (i.e. wiping down chair, etc). Obviously can't social distance so other measures should be taken. Nurses at the Wellness center conduct actual COVID testing, the lab people just handle the sample containers to send out--they do not perform COVID testing.
