The reason for my report is because the facility I used to work for has not been following CDC/CMS guidelines since the Covid-19 pandemic. They expected me to take my own temperature when I would get to work, despite my repeated complaints of how that is simply dangerous. I repeatedly had to inform the workers that were working on the isolation units that i cannot bring the disposables back from their unit to outside of it and into the kitchen. To the point where an employee's personal belongings were left on a cart at one point, making it seem as if i were to handle it. Instead of it staying on the isolated unit. I also have witnessed my very own name written down on the sign-in sheet under the column "Screener Name", which is not my doing because i do not screen anyone that enters the facility because I am not a registered nurse. The receptionist even told me that she did it to fill in the blank because everyone needs someone to screen them as they entered the building. I however did no such thing. They wrote my name on an official document to ensure they would not face some type of consequence. That all transpired on April 30th, 2020. Many more occurrences have taken place before however. Like the previously stated events. It is evident that this facility is not doing what is required during the Covid-19 pandemic.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-01
