1) The conditions are poor with no time to clean or follow and kind of guidelines set by the state. 2) Unsafe stacking of materials. 3) No forklift training. 4) Unsafe areas to walk while carrying materials, slip and fall hazards every where. 5) The place is dirty and shouldn't be operating under the stay at home orders. 6) There isnt 6 ft between employees and he doesnt let you clean anything as theres no time he says to worry about it. 7) The paint booth is not up to OSHA standards; it's unhealthy, unsafe and we never have all the PPE actually needed and it takes forever to get it. 8) Employer refuses any kind of unemployment when it comes to anyone including standards set by the state including the stay at home order. 9) Employer said people will be fired and denied unemployment as he deemed his business as essential.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-06
