The City of Chicago is operating under a Consent Decree with its Police Department, the Federal Judge, Judge has instructed he Police Department to find alternative training processes to comply with the Consent Decree. Currently CPD refuses to curtail training, placing hundreds of front line 1st responders health and safety in jeopardy as well as these police officer's families.
