1. Employees are at risk of falling from wooden ladders used in the Rubber St. building in that they are wobbly and don't hold secure when in use. 2. Employees are exposed to a 12-foot fall hazard when accessing the latex trough, located between machines 3 and 4 in the Fourth St. building, in that the wood floor is coming out and employees can fall through. 3. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards in that water drips on a 480volt electrical box located at the end cycler of machine 10 in the Rubber St. building; the electrical box is not designed for wet locations. 4. Machine 8 presents leaking steam lines that can burn employees who have to walk by. 5. The employer does not enforce the use of safety glasses on first and third shifts. 6. The employer does not require the use of face masks to reduce the risk of employees contracting COVID-19. 7. Rotating shafts associated with ring rollers are not guarded. Approximately 2-3 weeks ago an employee's hair was caught in a rotating part of a ring roller. 8. Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards in that multiple floor drain grates are missing.Alleged Hazards: 8, Employees Exposed: 50
