This exposes other employees to COVID-19 hazards and does not align with CDC guidance. 2. Employees do not wear masks while working or commuting to installation locations. This does not align with CDC guidance regarding social distancing and may expose employees to COVID-19 hazards. 3. Supervisors are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 after confirmed contact with 2 cases and continue to work.
