Employer is not following Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Interim Final Rule (IFC), CMS-3401-IFC, Additional Policy and Regulatory Revisions in Response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency related to COVID-19 Focused Survey Tool, Wisconsin Department of Health Services Covid 19 in Nursing Homes Guidelines such as but not limited to: 1. Breakroom tables do not have barriers and employees do not social distance. 2. CNAs, RNs, LPNs and other staff with direct care of residents are not routinely tested for Covid 19 virus at a minimum of every two weeks, Wisconsin DHS. 3. CNAs are not notified when a resident they were caring for tested positive for Covid 19 virus.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 17
