There have been approximately 10 positive Covid-19 cases since the beginning of November 2020. Employees are not required to wear masks as their work stations and rarely do when up walking around. Work stations are not socially distanced and employees are facing other employees with no masks at a distance of approximately 3 feet. The barriers separating employees are shorter than the faces of the employees. Also, employees are working next to other employees at distances less than 6 feet with no masks and no barriers.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 150
