The employer does not follow CDC guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility after employee(s) have tested positive for COVID-19 potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding maintaining 6 feet of social distancing potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. Additionally, engineering controls (e.g., dividers or shields) have not been put into place in areas that employees are unable to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Employees are not provided readily accessible means to wash or disinfect hands at the establishment, which contributes to the spread of COVID-19 and puts employees at risk.
