1. Employees are exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards from a leaking air conditioner unit located throughout the hospital. 2. Due to the surge in patients, employee(s) not previously working with presumed positive and/or positive COVID-19 patients have been recently required to provide care for these individuals. The employees only recently working with COVID-19 patients have not been required to receive training and demonstrate the proper donning/doffing of personal protective equipment when exposed to potential COVID-19 patients. 3. Personal protective equipment including, but not limited to N95 masks and face shields, are not readily available on COVID-19 patient area(s) thereby exposing employees to COVID-19 in the event of a patient emergency.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 150
