The employer allows employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, or who believe to have been exposed to COVID-19, to continue to work without requiring employees to self-quarantine as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. 2. The employer does not enforce CDC Guidelines regarding wearing face masks. General employees and management staff are not wearing face masks at the facility potentially exposing employees to COVID-19.
