Employees are potentially exposed to COVID-19 virus due to employer not enforcing social distancing or the use of face masks to all permanent and temporary employees. Toilet facilities are dirty and not well maintained, in addition soap dispensers are not refilled in a timely manner and employer does not provide had sanitizer or other handwashing soap. Possible applicable OSHA standard(s) CFR 1910.141. Employees are exposed to fall or trip hazards due to extension cords bein utilized on the machines across the floor through out the warehouse. Possible applicable OSHA standard(s) CFR 1910.22 First Aid supplies are not readily accessible . First Aid Kits are empty.
