1. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards due to not having safety nets on the overhead conveyors. Possible OSHA Standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) 2. No high visibility vests for employees who work near company forklifts. Possible OSHA Standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) 3. Fork lift drivers operate close to pedestrians without designated walkways. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.22 4. Reach truck drivers do not lower the forks when traveling through out the warehouse. This exposes employees to struck by hazards from forks and falling loads. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.178 5. Management does not provide First Aide kits for the employees use. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.151 6. Employees come into contact with spilled chemicals leaking from boxes and do not have training on chemicals. Possible OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 7. The employer has not implemented the CDC guidelines to address the COVID-19 pandemic. The Employer failed to provide staff with proper PPE, enforcing social distancing, and cleaning protocols to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Possible applicable standard(s): Section 5(a)(1).
