1. The employer does not clean and disinfect the Warehouse. 2. The employer does not have procedures for temperature and screening checks in place to reduce the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace. 3. PPE in the Cold Chain Area is not cleaned but is shared by multiple employees. NOTE: The agency does not have jurisdiction to manage the following: 4. The permanent people quarantine with pay, but temp employees have to be expose to it because we can't take off for 2 weeks and still get paid.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 2
