1. COVID-19 patients are housed on the 8th floor and are designated to be housed on the 6th floor. The employer fails to communicate information regarding which patients are positive for COVID-19 on the 8th floor for employees to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, placing employees at risk of contracting the virus. 2. All employees required to access rooms of COVID-19 positive patients are not provided the appropriate PPE (i.e. N95s) to access rooms to perform their tasks.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 4
