1. An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19 and a cleaning crew came to the store. The 2-man crew was only in the store for about 45 minutes on December 3, 2020. There is concern that proper cleaning and sanitizing was not done, including phones and keyboards. It appeared that this equipment had not been cleaned. 2.
