1. The employer does not notifiy employees when other employees have tested positive for COVID-19. Employees work closely together, hand-in-hand, with each other on a daily basis. 2. Employees are directed to come to work before their quarantine period is over and have been working while still feeling sick with symptoms. 3. Disinfectant is not provided to staff to clean frequently touched objects, such as credit card machines, door handles, counter top, railings, drink machines, and touchscreen kiosks. 4. The employer is allowing the capacity of persons in the facility to be exceeded. It is impossible for customers to distance in the gift shop, which is putting employees' health at risk. 5.
