1. Employees were, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to employees not being informed that a member of staff, who had relatively close contact with all or most of the other employees, had tested positive for the virus. 2. Employees could be exposed to the virus due to: a) Employees' body temperature is supposed to be checked when they come to work, but it is not; b) The employees all use the same keyboard; c) There are 10 stylists and at least 100 clients in and out of the studio throughout the week.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-01
