Regulatory Report

116 South Commonwealth Avenue, Corbin, 40701 Kentucky, United States

Little to no precautions are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. When a positive test is received, there is no action taken up until there is a complete outbreak throughout the entire facility. The positive patient is not quarantined or on contact precautions. Nor is the CNA's caring for these patients beingt told of them testing positive until after it's too late. Every single resident and every single staff member has tested positive at least once during at least 1 of the 2 major outbreaks in this facility. They had a past major outbreak with fatalities recently, which made news headlines and the front page of the paper. Everyone had recovered. Now once again, there are a dozen more cases that are growing.

Q
I recently ordered a $29 “pallet” box of items, which was promised to be full of multiple items. However, I only received a cheap watch called Smart Band 7. This is clearly a scam.
