The employer is not following CDC COVID-19 guidelines: 1. Employees are not required to wear a mask when working on the floor or clocking out. 2. The employer is not notifying employees when there is a potential that they have been exposed to an employee who has tested positive for COVID-19. 3. Work areas where employees have tested positive for COVID-19 are not being sanitized or disinfected before another employee is required to work in that area.
