Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards due to: 1. The bathrooms are filthy on second and third shifts due to no janitorial support. 2. The breakroom is filthy on second and third shifts and is not sanitized or disinfected after breaks due to no janitorial support. 3. There is no sanitizing or disinfecting between shifts at the workstations. 4. The employer does not sanitize the work areas that an employee who has tested positive may have contacted. 5. The employer is not following the guidelines such as temperatures are not being taken and wearing of masks is not enforced. 6. The hand sanitizer stations are empty.

I did not order the item I received. There is no name of the company to return it to and the item is pretty much useless as it has a British plug on it. A month ago my Visa was compromised with 15 charges attempted on it. I don’t know if these 2 things are connected but I’m thinking they are
