1. The employer is not identifying employees who have been directly exposed to an employee who tested positive for COVID-19. Human resources employee who tested positive for COVID-19 frequently came into the production area and exposed production employees. 2. Cleaning and disinfecting of work areas is not being conducted between shifts. 3. Clean and disinfectant chemicals and materials are not available. 4. Temperature checks are not always being done. 5.
