Many COVID cases, mainly because management allows, and even encourages, its employees to lie on the questionnaire they have to complete before being allowed to clock in to work. If they have been exposed or if they feel sick, the employees are told that if they answer that particular question truthfully, they will not let them work, therefore they encourage the employees to lie.
