The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a.) Common areas and frequently touched surfaces are not regularly cleaned and disinfected. b.) After several employees tested positive for COVID-19, areas where they worked were not cleaned and disinfected. c.) Employees have not received training that complies with the new DOLI/VOSH Emergency Temporary Standard (16VAC25-220). d.) Social distancing is not being enforced. e.)
