In the facility, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) The wearing of face coverings/masks by employees within six (6) feet of other employees is not enforced; b) Social distancing among employees is not enforced; c) Physical barriers have not been installed between employees working in cubicles next to each other where social distancing is not feasible; d) In-person meetings are being held in conference rooms without limiting occupancy to allow for adequate social distancing; e) Employees have not received training on 16VAC25-220, Emergency Temporary Standard, Infectious Disease Prevention: SARS-CoV-2 Virus That Causes COVID-19; and f) Employees have not received training on the employer's Infectious Disease Prevention and Response Plan.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
