1) The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the warehouse or delivery trucks: a) The wearing of face coverings/masks for employees who are customer facing and/or are within six (6) feet of other employees is not enforced; b) Social distancing among employees is not being enforced; c) Shared delivery trucks are not being frequently and regularly cleaned; d) Administrative and work practice controls are not in place to prescreen or survey employees prior to the commencement of work; e) Employees exhibiting signs of illness and/or employees exposed to none positive employees are not quarantined and allowed to work; f) Employees are not notified of positive employees in the workplace within 24 hours; g) Employees have not received training on the employers Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 70
