1. The employer is not enforcing social distancing throughout the store. 2. The employer allows employees to congregate in the breakroom and does not enforce social distancing and use of face coverings. 3. Cleaning, disinfecting and wiping down of commonly used and touched surfaces is no longer being done in the store and no products are available to do so. 4. Following the positive tests of two employees, the employer failed to notify employees in the store especially those that were in direct contact with the exposed employees.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 50
