It is alleged that: 1) Employees are exposed to the hazard of delayed egress from boxes that are stacked on the floor of the laboratory and are blocking exits. 2) There is a presence of insects in the work area and a continuing and effective extermination program has not been initiated at the work place. 3) Employees are not provided with soap in the work area to wash hands and are exposed to contaminants including bloodborne pathogens. 4) Employees are not provided with effective personal protective equipment for the work being performed such as, but not limited to gloves that are resistant to tearing. 5) Employees are exposed to unsafe equipment in the work area including, but not limited to chairs that malfunction when used. 6) Employees are exposed to falling object hazards from shelves in the work place that are unstable and have material that is stacked unevenly.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 25
