The employer is not following the recommendations of the CDC and New Hampshire Department of Health and Human services to protect employees from exposure to COVID-19. Employees at desks within 6 feet of other employees with no physical barriers between are not required to wear masks, frequent cleaning of areas shared by all office staff is not being done, cleaning/disinfecting of the office is only being done every few days. Management refuses to disinfect areas where an employee who tested positive for COVID-19 worked. Management refuses to allow employees to work full remote when it has proven feasible for them to work remotely and reduce exposure to the virus.
