1) Employees are not supplied personal protective equipment for Corvid-19. 2) The faculty is not clean on a regular basis for Corvid-19. 3) The employer is not following the CDC Guidelines for Corvid-19. 4) Employees are not supplied personal protective equipment for the foundry. 5) Employees are exposed to burns while working in the foundry with dirty mask. 6) Employees are not given a safe working space in the foundry. 7) Employees are not trained in the hazards of the Foundry. 8) Employees are not trained in hazard communication. 9) An employee shot a hole in his finger in the Washout Dept. 10) Employees are hoisted on a pallet by the forklift with no fall protection.
