1. Employees are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as but not limited to facemask, but are not trained to wear properly in accordance with CDC Guidelines for Businesses and to prevent other employees from coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure. 2. Proper protocol, in accordance to CDC guidance for business, are not being followed when employees are tested COVID-19 positive to prevent exposure to other employees. 3.
