1. Employees are required to complete facial services, but per the NV Board of Cosmetology, facial services were supposed to cease on March 17, 2020. Facial services are still being scheduled and completed at this time. Examples include: Cosmetic procedures such as microderm abrasion and laser hair removal. 2. Facial services require employees to be within 1 foot from the patient, which is not adhering to the governor's COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. 3. Employees are concerned about full schedule work weeks in regards to COVID-19 exposure. Hazard Location: 1. At all Las Vegas and Henderson locations. 5/14/2020 JH
