1. The doctor and his staff are not practicing social distancing in the office during the coronavirus pandemic. No patient screening is conducted whatsoever to determine if they are covid-19 positive. The doctor has increased the amount of face-to-face procedures and tests rather than scale them back or eliminate them as the CDC, DHHS, and Governor's orders have required. 2. Employees are forbidden from wearing masks and the employer has hidden all of the masks to make sure they are not worn. 3. There is no soap available for employees to wash their hands. Insufficient time is allotted between patients to properly disinfect the room. 4. Specimens are prepared and tested on the breakroom table.
